Common questions
Can I switch to you part-way through the year?
Yes. We contact your previous accountant, collect your records and take over from there. Most switches take less than two weeks.
What if my business grows?
We review your package once a year and only change the fee if your needs change. We always agree any change with you first.
Do you charge for phone calls?
No. Questions by phone and email are included in every package.
Which software do you use?
We work with the main cloud bookkeeping packages and will set yours up and show you how to use it.
About us
A small practice, by design
Founded in Canterbury in 2009, we look after around two hundred businesses and individuals across Kent.
We started Fenwick Lowe because too many small business owners felt they were paying for an accountant they never heard from. So we built the practice the other way round: fewer clients, a named accountant for each one, and a promise to reply within a working day.
Fifteen years on, that is still how we work. Most of our clients come to us by recommendation, and most stay for years.

Rachel Fenwick
